  2.  Calculate one room at a time using the estimate sheet.
  3.  Include each item to be moved. If it is not listed, measure length x width x height.
  4.  Multiply the cubic feet by the number of pieces being moved. For example,  Example: 1 armchair = 10 cubic feet x 2 chairs = 20 cubic feet.
